Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka (/cib/ /lə̝ˈguxka/ [temporary; brief] [victory]) is a subtropical Small City located in Qěwjĭěw Zone, Rs-20pvèl District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka was founded by Crezzink Êrêv, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka has a yearly average temperature of 18°C (64°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka receives an average of 233 cm/y (91 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka covers an area of nearly 8 km2 (3 mi2), and an average elevation of 5092 m (16706 ft) above sea level.

Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka was founded durring the early 16th century in summer of the year 1536, by Crezzink Êrêv. The establishment of Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Crezzink Êrêv electing to pay people to resettle in Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka.

Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Wæm Xd-11y Lăgukhka is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive packed earth streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
